Eastern Shore Heating & Air Conditioning was recently at my home.Cody was great.He answered all my questions.I would highly recommend this company.

Eastern Shore Duct cleaning did a really great job. They did whole house duct cleaning with complimentary dryer vent clean out. Benjamin Monteiro-Brown explain every step before start of job and answered all my questions. It was a great experience and a job well done.

Very pleased with the service. Technician diagnosed problem extremely quickly and fixed it in a few minutes and told me how to avoid what caused it.

Benjamin and Eric both were very professional. They arrived on time and started the work right away. They thoroughly cleaned supply/return/dryer vent. They also cleaned the area after they were done with their work. Very much pleased with their work. I recommend Eastern Shore company for any HVAC related work.

This is my 2nd time calling and using this companies services. The people are amazing and they always send reminders for maintenance of ac unit and heating. They are very punctual and communication is top tier. They are fairly priced and they have gained a forever customer. They don't oversell or overcharge for quick fixes. Respectful of the property and the animals. It's nice to see that everyone so far has been a dog/cat lover and they don't require me to put them away.

No problems at all, the repairman was very professional he knew what he was doing, did a great job or air conditioning was up and running in no time. He arrived when he said he would (the time window was very small. Mary Ann from the office was very polite, they do care about their customers, I highly recommend them for your needs!

The best HVAC service. Used multiple years and they did install my HVAC system. Great cleaning and respectful! Highly recommended!!!! Peace of mind! Great maintenance and best equipment and service. Been using every year. It's 2025 they are awesome low maintenance cost and great equipment. Now in 2026 the same. Price went up the first time in many years. But not unreasonable. Keeps my HVAC system in best shape. Both summer and winter contract.
