Benjamin and Eric both were very professional. They arrived on time and started the work right away. They thoroughly cleaned supply/return/dryer vent. FROM THE TIME, DEBBIE AND LAURA ANSWERED THE PHONE. FROM THE TIME THEY SET UP THE APPOINTMENT AND A MECHANIC NAMED CODY CAME OUT TO THE HOME.I MET WITH HIM. TALK ABOUT PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS AND ACTUALLY DEALING WITH A HUMAN BEING. THEY TREATED ME LIKE FAMILY. This is my 2nd time calling and using this companies services. The people are amazing and they always send reminders for maintenance of ac unit and heating. They are very punctual and communication is top tier. They are fairly priced and they have gained a forever customer. They don't oversell or overcharge for quick fixes. No problems at all, the repairman was very professional he knew what he was doing, did a great job or air conditioning was up and running in no time. He arrived when he said he would (the time window was very small. The best HVAC service. Used multiple years and they did install my HVAC system.  Great cleaning and respectful! Highly recommended!!!!  Peace of mind! Great maintenance and best equipment and service. Been using every year.  It's 2025 they are awesome low maintenance cost and great equipment. Now in 2026 the same. Joseph Schuster was very professional, and detail orientated. He reviewed the details of the call with us. Extremely satisfied with Eastern Shore Heating and Air Conditioning.
