Terms and Conditions of Furnace Giveaway
ENTRY: No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Participants may enter by submitting an entry form on https://easternshorehvac.com/giveaway/ by Friday, December 31, 2024, at 11:59 PM.
ELIGIBILITY: The giveaway is open to individuals residing in Monmouth or Ocean County, New Jersey, who have a furnace that is 15 years old or older.
WINNER SELECTION: A winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries submitted by 11:59 PM on December 31, 2024.
PRIZES: Eastern Shore Heating and Air Conditioning will provide xxxxxxxxxx (one furnace—NEED SPECIFICS) and its installation, at no charge, to a qualifying family with an eligible old furnace. The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is non-transferable.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: The winner will be announced after Monday, January 6, 2025, and will be contacted by phone and/or email. If the winner cannot be reached, they may be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be selected.
CONDUCT: All participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Eastern Shore Heating and Air Conditioning reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, interferes with the operation of the website, or violates these rules.
